Managing Change With Product Teams

For product makers swimming in change related to roadmaps, org shifts, AI pivots — this track offers real stories and examples from practice.

Here is what we will discuss during the meetings

Understanding the changes around you: developing taste and judgment when it comes to different types of changes: product/tech/customer/org/strategy/ways of working and so on. Like when the roadmap needs to change, or ”we need to adopt AI ASAP” - What kinds of change am I actually facing?
Ways for managing different kinds of changes: from adapting to external changes to leading changes you see necessary for the product, the team or the wider organization. When/How do I adapt, push back or lead the change myself?
How to be strategic in dealing with multiple changes to have business impact while avoiding burnout. How do I stay strategic when everything is shifting at once?
Many stories, lessons, blunders and approaches from the experience of the mentors and from the other mentees.
