Product Makers Romania has grown to become the largest community of professionals developing and growing digital products: engineers, designers, marketers and product managers. What started over a decade ago, as a small group of passionate professionals has evolved into an active ecosystem of 2,000+ members who share knowledge, experiences, and opportunities.

After starting the Product Mentoring Program and having been a mentor in all the previous editions, I can definitely say it’s one of the best time investments I’ve made in the recent years.

Mentoring the 'From Customer Problem to Growth Model' track in the 7th edition was honestly one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. Watching participants go from initial ideas to concrete growth models was incredible to see.
What I loved most was the energy and curiosity everyone brought. The mentees weren't just learning frameworks, they were actually transforming their approach to product growth. Working with Ina German and Ivona Băbărelu made it even better - we had real stories and lessons to share.

What is the Product Mentoring Program?
Romania's first free mentoring program for product professionals. You'll learn from experienced product makers through real-world cases and exercises in small groups, plus join our vibrant community of 1,000+ members.
Is mentoring similar to teaching workshops or courses?
Not really. Courses teach you frameworks and theory. Mentoring tracks help you apply them to your actual work challenges through sharing sessions, guided practice, and learning from peers who face similar situations. At the end of a mentorship track you get a mindset update
Is it really free?
The program is completely free with no hidden costs.
How is the program structured?
The program offers multiple tracks on different topics. Each track runs 3-6 sessions (1-1.5 hours each) over 6-8 weeks, with 1-3 mentors guiding 5-15 participants

Every edition, around 30 experienced mentors apply. We help mentors form teams, so you will not be alone.
You will be in a team with mentor colleagues who already have the experience of a previous mentoring edition.
